Try! Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), operated by TryTree Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), may handle personal information.

  3. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor to ensure the secure management of the entrusted information.
  4. Except with the consent of the individual or as required by law, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties.
  5. The Company implements measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.。
  6. The Company strives to respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information. We also accept requests concerning retained personal data, including notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of third‑party provision records. Requests made via in‑person visits or fax are not accepted.

    1. If the request is made by the individual

Use of submitted identification documents:

  • Used solely to verify identity for disclosure requests
  • Please redact any sensitive personal information not required for verification
  • Except as required by law, documents will not be provided to third parties
  • If identity cannot be verified, we may be unable to respond to the request
